CUSTOM ORDER APPROVAL POLICY
REPLACEMENT POLICY
By approving the final design proof
for your custom T-shirt order, you
acknowledge and agree that all
product details, including artwork,
colors, sizes, and quantities, have
been reviewed and approved. Once
proof approval is given, the order is
considered final and cannot be
changed, canceled, or refunded. Any
errors, such as spelling, design
placement, or sizing, discovered
after approval are the customer’s
responsibility.
Replacements
are only issued for confirmed image
quality issues, such as printing
defects or significant distortion.
Replacement requests must be made
within 7 days of receiving the order
and must include photo evidence of
the issue.
